Three stripe corydoras
Corydoras trilineatus

Three stripe corydoras inhabit calm, shallow tributaries and seasonally flooded areas of the upper Amazon basin. They sift through soft substrate with sensitive barbels, feeding on small crustaceans, insect larvae, worms, and detritus. Their sharp pectoral-fin spines provide a useful defense, while the dark maze-like stripes distinguish them from many similar-looking corydoras.
