Zaire Dwarf Clawed Frog
Hymenochirus boettgeri

This small, fully aquatic frog inhabits warm, slow waters in the Congo Basin, often sheltering among vegetation and debris. It hunts insect larvae, worms, small crustaceans, and other tiny aquatic prey by lunging or drawing food into its mouth.
