Cylinder Cichlid
Neolamprologus cylindricus
Adult Cylinder Cichlids live among rocks and crevices along the shores of Lake Tanganyika. They hunt small invertebrates and defend favored shelters with quick charges, bites, and display postures. This elongated cichlid is notably territorial, particularly when guarding a breeding site in a rocky recess.
