Cruciferous Bug
Eurydema ventralis

Adults inhabit farmland, vegetable gardens, and open areas where mustards, cabbages, and related plants grow. They feed with a piercing beak, tapping sap from foliage, stems, and seed pods. When disturbed, the adult releases a pungent defensive secretion and can fly to another host plant.
