Llama Cria
Lama glama (cria)
Llama crias are born in high, open Andean grazing country and in domestic pastures where their mothers are kept. They remain close to their mothers, resting and following the herd while learning to graze on grasses and other plants. A cria can stand and walk shortly after birth, helping it keep pace in exposed terrain.
