Tiger Juvenile
Panthera tigris (juvenile)

Bengal tiger juveniles travel with their mother through forests, grasslands, and wetland edges while learning routes, cover, and prey signs. They eat meat from large prey but still rely heavily on the mother’s hunting success. At this stage they practice stalking, short rushes, and gripping bites on smaller animals or carcasses. Juveniles may remain with the mother for many months before becoming independent.
