Blue Glaucus
Glaucus atlanticus

A tiny pelagic sea slug that floats upside down at the ocean surface, carried by winds and currents in warm and temperate seas. It feeds on venomous cnidarians such as Portuguese man o' war, using hardened mouthparts to bite off soft tissues. Its blue upper side and pale underside provide countershading from predators above and below. A notable defense is storing stolen stinging cells from its prey in the tips of its fingerlike cerata.
