Domestic Goat
Capra hircus

The domestic goat lives in farms, scrubland, pastures, and mountainous terrain wherever people keep it for milk, meat, fiber, or land management. It is a browsing herbivore, preferring leaves, twigs, weeds, bark, and shrubs more than open grass alone. Adults are social, sure-footed, and will defend space or establish rank with horn pushes, charges, and forceful headbutts. One notable fact is that goats have rectangular pupils, giving them a wide field of view while grazing.
