White-bellied Sea Eagle
Icthyophaga leucogaster

The adult is a large coastal and inland-water raptor found around seas, islands, mangroves, rivers, and lakes from South and Southeast Asia to Australia. It hunts mainly by soaring, perching, and diving to seize fish, sea snakes, turtles, waterbirds, and carrion with powerful talons. Pairs are territorial and perform conspicuous calls and aerial displays near long-used nest sites. Its bright white head, breast, and belly contrast with grey wings, making it one of the most recognizable sea eagles in its range.
